Nomination Management & Professional Support Platform
INVIQ Wealth (“INVIQ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a technology-enabled platform designed to help users organise and manage nomination-related information, financial and family-wealth records, documents, reminders and related services. Where requested, INVIQ may also facilitate access to independent professional service providers, including Advocates and Chartered Accountants.
This Privacy Policy describes how INVIQ collects, uses, stores, processes and protects personal information.
1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Customers and registered users;
- Nominees and beneficiaries;
- Family members, guardians and legal heirs whose information is provided by a user;
- Nomination and financial-asset information;
- Advocates and Chartered Accountants onboarded as professional partners;
- Other authorised professional service providers;
- Visitors and users of the INVIQ website, application and services.
2. NOMINATION MANAGEMENT
INVIQ may provide technology-enabled nomination management for information relating to financial and other assets, including, where supported:
- Bank accounts and deposits;
- Mutual funds;
- Insurance policies;
- Securities and investments;
- Demat/brokerage-related information;
- Loans and liabilities;
- Other financial assets;
- Nominees and beneficiaries;
- Guardians for minor nominees;
- Relevant supporting documents.
The user may enter, upload, update and manage nomination-related information through the INVIQ platform.
INVIQ may provide reminders, reports, summaries, document-management facilities and other nomination-management features.
Important
- INVIQ's platform is intended to help users organise and manage nomination information.
- Storage of information on INVIQ does not, by itself, create, modify, register or guarantee a legally valid nomination with any bank, insurer, mutual fund, broker, depository, financial institution or other third party.
- The relevant institution's applicable forms, procedures, verification and registration requirements will continue to apply.
3. USER-ENTERED DATA
The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of all information entered, uploaded or submitted to INVIQ.
This may include:
- Name and personal details;
- Account numbers and financial information;
- Nominee information;
- Relationship and percentage/share information;
- Date of birth;
- Mobile number and email address;
- Guardian information;
- Financial-asset information;
- Documents and supporting records.
INVIQ shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for consequences arising solely from incorrect, incomplete, outdated or unauthorised information entered or uploaded by the user.
Users should carefully verify all information before submission and should promptly update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
4. OTP, PASSWORD, PIN AND LOGIN SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their:
- Password;
- OTP;
- MPIN/PIN;
- Login credentials;
- Authentication codes;
- Device credentials;
- Other security credentials.
Users must not share such credentials with any person.
INVIQ shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for loss, unauthorised access, misuse, transactions or other consequences resulting from the user's voluntary disclosure or sharing of OTPs, passwords, PINs or other confidential authentication credentials.
Users should immediately notify INVIQ through its official support channel if they believe their account credentials have been compromised.
INVIQ will not knowingly request users to disclose confidential passwords, PINs or authentication credentials of their financial accounts.
5. THIRD-PARTY BANKS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
INVIQ may provide integrations, links or technology connectivity with third-party institutions or service providers, where available and legally permitted.
These may include:
- Banks;
- Insurance companies;
- Mutual fund platforms;
- Brokers;
- Depositories;
- Account Aggregators;
- Payment service providers;
- Other financial institutions.
The availability, accuracy, security and processing of information by such third parties may be subject to their own systems, terms, policies and applicable regulations.
INVIQ is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, downtime, security incidents or processing decisions of third-party institutions, except to the extent liability is imposed on INVIQ under applicable law.
6. ONBOARDING OF ADVOCATES & CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
INVIQ may onboard qualified professionals, including:
Advocates may provide independent support relating to matters such as:
- Nomination documentation;
- Succession and inheritance matters;
- Legal-heir documentation;
- Will and estate-related documentation;
- Other legal services agreed with the customer.
Chartered Accountants
IChartered Accountants may provide independent support relating to:
- Financial documentation;
- Tax-related matters;
- Asset and liability information;
- Estate-related financial information;
- Other accounting or professional services agreed with the customer.
7. PROFESSIONAL PARTNER VERIFICATION
For onboarding professional partners, INVIQ may collect and verify:
- Name;
- Professional qualification;
- Professional registration/membership details;
- Firm/practice details;
- KYC information;
- PAN/GST information, where applicable;
- Contact details;
- Professional experience;
- Areas of expertise;
- Verification documents;
- Bank/payment information where required.
NVIQ may use this information for professional verification, partner management, customer matching, service administration, payments and compliance.
8. INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONALS
Advocates, Chartered Accountants and other professionals listed or onboarded through INVIQ may act as independent professionals.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- INVIQ is not itself an Advocate or law firm;
- INVIQ is not itself a Chartered Accountant or CA firm;
- INVIQ does not provide legal, tax, audit or professional advice merely by facilitating access to a professional;
- Professional advice is the responsibility of the respective professional.
Customers should independently evaluate professional advice before taking important legal, tax, financial or succession-related decisions.
9. SHARING INFORMATION WITH PROFESSIONALS
- Where a customer requests professional assistance, INVIQ may share relevant information and documents with the selected professional, subject to applicable consent and law.
- INVIQ will endeavour to limit information sharing to information reasonably necessary for the requested service.
- Professional partners are expected to maintain confidentiality and comply with their applicable professional and legal obligations.
10. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
INVIQ may process information for purposes including:
- Providing nomination-management services;
- Maintaining financial and family-wealth records;
- Managing nominee and beneficiary information;
- Providing reminders and notifications;
- Managing documents;
- Facilitating professional support;
- Verifying professional partners;
- Providing customer support;
- Preventing fraud and unauthorised activity;
- Maintaining platform security;
- Improving INVIQ products and services;
- Processing payments;
- Meeting legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
11. DATA SECURITY
INVIQ may implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, which may include:
- Encryption;
- Authentication controls;
- Role-based access;
- Access monitoring;
- Audit logs;
- Secure cloud infrastructure;
- Backup and recovery procedures;
- Security monitoring.
However, no electronic system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. DATA RETENTION
- INVIQ may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for providing services, maintaining records, fulfilling contractual obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
- When information is no longer required, it may be securely deleted, anonymised or disposed of in accordance with applicable requirements.
13. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate information;
- Keep nomination information updated;
- Verify important information before submission;
- Protect account credentials;
- Not share OTPs, passwords or PINs;
- Upload only documents that they are authorised to provide;
- Follow applicable requirements of banks, insurers and other institutions.
INVIQ shall not be responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for consequences caused by the user's negligence, incorrect information, credential sharing or unauthorised use of the user's account.
14. NO GUARANTEE OF NOMINATION OR CLAIM OUTCOME
INVIQ does not guarantee:
- Acceptance of a nomination;
- Registration or modification of a nomination;
- Settlement of an insurance claim;
- Bank or financial-institution processing;
- Succession or inheritance outcome;
- Acceptance of any legal document;
- Tax treatment;
- Outcome of professional advice.
Such matters may depend on applicable law, the relevant institution's rules, documents, verification and other circumstances.
15. DATA PROTECTION
- INVIQ intends to comply with applicable Indian data-protection and privacy requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework to the extent applicable to its activities.
- INVIQ may maintain appropriate privacy notices, consent mechanisms, security safeguards, grievance procedures and data-management processes as required by applicable law.
16. USER RIGHTS
- Subject to applicable law, users may have rights relating to their personal information, including applicable rights to access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal.
- Requests may be submitted through the designated INVIQ privacy or grievance channel.
17. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
- INVIQ may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, technology, business practices or applicable law.
- The updated version will be published on the INVIQ website or application.
18. GOVERNING LAW
- This Privacy Policy and the use of INVIQ services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory laws.
19. JURISDICTION
- Subject to applicable law and mandatory jurisdictional requirements, the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, the INVIQ platform or its services.
- Nothing in this clause shall prevent a user from exercising any statutory or mandatory legal right available under applicable law.

INVIQ is a technology-enabled platform for nomination management, information organisation, document management and facilitation of professional services.
INVIQ does not, merely by providing its platform:
- Become the owner of a user's financial assets;
- Guarantee the validity of a nomination;
- Act as a bank, insurer, broker or mutual fund;
- Provide legal, tax, audit or investment advice;
- Guarantee any claim, succession or inheritance outcome.
Professional services, where provided, are subject to the independent professional's engagement, qualifications, responsibilities and applicable law.
Users should independently verify important information and obtain appropriate professional advice where required.
